Each round can is made with precision-engineered round-edge accessories (produced with a high-speed shear [plate] pressing machine)— ring and bottom to safely ensure packing chemical paint/food grade content. These components ensure a smooth, airtight connection with the can body, improving structural strength and long-term durability, even under tough industrial handling.

| 2 | Precision Body Forming | Tinplate sheets are slit and automatically rolled into cylindrical shapes. |
| 3 | Seam Welding | Can bodies are welded for smooth, high-strength seams. Clear coating outside welding for rust protection. |
| 4 | Automated Flanging | Top and bottom flanging ensures tight compatibility with lids. |
| 5 | Bottom Lid Seaming | The bottom is sealed using triple-seaming technology. |
| 6 | Top Lid Seaming | After turning, the top is sealed with the same 3-layer method. |
| 7 | Handle / Ear Lug Welding (if needed) | Plastic or metal handles are welded on via automatic equipment. |
| 8 | Leak Testing & Inspection | A batch of cans is water-tested to ensure airtight sealing before mass production. During production, by the automatic leakage tester and visually by an inspector. |

1. What kind of lids do your round cans use?
We offer metal lids, plastic screw caps, and 32/42/57mm plastic spout caps/metal covers with pressure lid so on. All components(ring,bottom,cover) are precision-fit using triple-seam technology.
2. Do your tin cans have handles?
Yes. We provide options with or without handles. For larger cans, plastic or metal handles with grips are available. Material of Plastic handle is NEW PP.
3. What kind of sealing process is used?
Our cans are produced using high-speed automatic equipment with triple seam sealing for leak-proof performance and precise lid-to-body fitting.
4. Are your round cans leak-proof?
Yes. Each can is leak-tested with air pressure or water bath systems to ensure 99% non-leakage before packing.
